UniTask ("we", "our", or "us") operates the UniTask Telegram bot and related services accessible at unitaskbot.ru. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
- Telegram account data: user ID, username, first/last name, language code — provided automatically by Telegram when you start the bot.
- Task data: task titles, descriptions, deadlines, priorities, and attachments you create within the bot.
- Google Calendar data: when you connect Google Calendar, we request read/write access to your calendar events solely to sync tasks you create in UniTask. We do not access, store, or process any other calendar data.
- Usage data: interaction logs used to improve the service (command usage, error reports).
2. How We Use Google User Data
UniTask's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we use Google Calendar access only to:
- Create calendar events for tasks you create in UniTask
- Update or delete those events when you modify tasks
- Read events to display your schedule on request
We do not use Google data for advertising, profiling, or share it with third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and used exclusively for calendar sync.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
- You can revoke Google Calendar access at any time via Google Account Permissions.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us. Upon deletion, all personal data and Google tokens are permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
- Telegram — bot platform. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
- Google Calendar API — calendar synchronization. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI / Anthropic — AI task parsing. Task text may be sent to these services for processing. No personal identifiers are included.
- CryptoBot / YooKassa — payment processing. We do not store payment details.
6. Children's Privacy
UniTask is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
